Review: I hired this moving company to help me relocate. They sent only two people with a small truck, despite me specifying it was a second-floor apartment with many boxes. One was a driver, the other a college-student friend.
They struggled to move the larger items and ended up leaving the belongings on the road in the middle of the night. When I inquired about it the next morning, they blamed me for arriving late and claimed they had inspected the small, second-floor apartment.
They suggested I hire additional people to move the remaining items and promised to reimburse me. However, after I incurred the additional costs, they have refused to pay even half the amount. It's been a terrible experience.
