I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your company. On [date], I availed your services to shift my household items from Thirumangalam to Erode. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible.
Despite paying for the service, the packing was done poorly, resulting in significant damage to many of my belongings. The lack of care and attention to detail during the shifting process was appalling.
